Qualification Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in managing human resources across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
Course Structure
Total number of units = 125 core units plus7 elective units, of which:
- 3 elective units must be selected from Group A
- 2 elective units must be selected from Group B
- for the remaining 2 elective units:
- up to 2 units may be selected from Groups A and B
- if not listed, up to 2 units may be selected from a Certificate IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.
